 The
Waipara Valley is in the Canterbury region on the South Island of New Zealand,
north of Christchurch. Pegasus Bay is entirely owned and operated by
the Donaldson family. Their aim is to make wines which fully express
the features of the vineyard, and to handle them with the utmost respect. Natural
methods and as little intervention as possible at all stages from vine to
bottle typify the Donaldsons approach.
