Austrian born, Hermann Seifried puts good old European know-how into his winemaking with the goal of producing well-balanced wines to enhance your every meal. His Sauvignon Blanc has fresh and lively aromatics , it’s very elegant on the palate and has a long, lingering finish. Hermann’s Pinot Noir shows fantastic depth and complexity with rich, round fruit and plenty of ripe sweetness. This is the best New Zealand Pinot we have come across.
