| Barossa Valley |
| Final Cut |
|
Final Cut is a McLaren Vale sourced Shiraz made from a very old vineyard boasting vines over 100 years old. It is matured in 50% new French and American oak with the aim of crafting a traditional style of Shiraz that brings all the intensity and full body that Aussie Shiraz is known for but at a very affordable price. In other words, the winemaking team of Rebecca Willson and Geoff Weaver hope you find this mouth filling red to be incredibly pleasing seemingly worth far more money than you paid for it. |

| Sheep's Back |
|
Neil Empson dreamed of creating a great Shiraz from the old-vine vineyards of
South Australia’s Barossa Valley. He collaborated with winemaker
Dean Hewitson in crafting Sheep’s Back Shiraz, expressing both varietal
integrity and the unique characteristics of one small plot of 75-year-old vines.
This vintage was matured for 22 months in French oak barriques and bottled without
filtration. |

| Sons of Eden |
|
The ‘sons’ have spent years in the Eden Valley and
Barossa Valley regions of the Barossa crafting complex wines with rich,
robust flavors. With Cory Ryan, of Henschke fame, working as consulting
winemaker, these are becoming cult wines with a sophistication and style
that not many Aussie products can emulate. Low yields tell the story
here where 1 to 1.5 tons per acre is the rule. The Romulus is 100% Shiraz
from 80-year old Barossa Valley vines; the Remus is also 100% Shiraz,
but it hails from 30-year old vines from of the Eden Valley; the Kennedy
is the real sleeper with outstanding value and is comprised of 50% Grenache,
28% Shiraz and 22% Mourvedre from the 45-year old Kennedy vineyard. |
